Nous avons le plaisir de vous présenter la 36ème édition de SIGEP, Salon International du Gelato, de la Pâtisserie et Panification Artisanales qui se déroulera au Parc des Expositions de Rimini Fiera du 17 au 21 janvier 2015.

Après le succès de la dernière édition qui a enregistré la présence record de 173.904 opérateurs professionnels (+20,1% en hausse par rapport à 2013) dont 36.646 en provenance de l'étranger (+32% par rapport à 2013) avec une augmentation de la surface d'exposition grâce à la présence aussi de Rhex, salon de l'agro-alimentaire de qualité, Sigep confirme sa position de leader mondial incontesté sur le marché du gelato, de la pâtisserie et panification artisanales ainsi que du café.

En 2015 SIGEP accueillera aussi A.B. Tech Expo, Salon International des Technologies et Produits pour la Panification, Pâtisserie et Confiserie ainsi que RHEX.

En ce qui concerne les secteurs Gelato et Equipements, dès le 14 avril 2014 le secrétariat de la manifestation commencera à allouer les espaces d'exposition aux sociétés qui ont déjà confirmé leur participation.
